In Loving Memory of Carolyn Terry (née Hill)

With heavy hearts and everlasting love, we announce the peaceful passing of Carolyn Terry (née Hill) on May 17, 2025, surrounded by her beloved family.

Born in Toronto, Ontario in 1941 to Doris and Henry Hill, Carolyn lived a life defined by grace, devotion, and compassion. She was a gifted ballet dancer in her youth and carried that same elegance into every chapter of her life.

Carolyn shared 65 years of marriage with her devoted husband, William Terry. She was the cherished mother of Donna (Brian), Brenda (the late Jack), and Lynda (Kevin), and the proud Noni to her grandchildren: Carolyn (Mike), Lisa (Peter), Andrew (Megan), Kristina (Drew), Danielle, Adam (Kristy), and Brenda (Michael). She also leaves behind great-grandchildren Julianne, Jack, Austin, Evie-Jane, Adalyn, Dayton, Declen, Elias, and Benjamin.She is survived by her siblings Doreen, Raymond (Kelly), Marilyn (Rodney), and Debbie (Wayne), and is predeceased by sisters Muriel, Hilda, Kathryn. Carolyn was also a beloved aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

After more than 30 years of service at Bell Canada, Carolyn retired in 1994, remembered not just for her dedication, but for the calm grace she brought to every task. She cherished her retirement years, finding joy in life’s simple pleasures: winters in Florida, summers at the cottage in Port Severn, time in nature, and the company of her beloved cat, Molly and GranPups Louise and Ollie 

A celebration of life will be held ……... at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the CAMPBELL HOUSE HOSPICE PALLIATIVE CARE
