CHAD EDWARD GEORGE WOODRUFF
It is with extreme sadness and broken hearts we share the sudden and tragic passing of Chad on October 6th, 2022 at the young age of 36.
Precious son to Judi & Mark Mitchell, Ann Woodruff and predeceased by his Father Randy Woodruff. Adorned Grandson to Joyce Woodruff predeceased by George Woodruff, June & Edward Mossop. Loving big brother to Danielle & Allie Mitchell and a loving little brother to Nicole Vernon & Tracy Johnson. Chad had cherished relationship with Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Nieces & Nephews, too numerous to mention by name as he was blessed with a large family. Chad will be remembered fondly by the many friendships that he formed through out the years, always loyal, loving, and kind.
Chad spent most of his life in his career as a plumber in Toronto. When he was not working, he treasured spending time with family and friends enjoying the great outdoors, camping, boating, stand up paddle boarding, biking, vacationing, hockey, snowboarding, and golfing. One of his favourite pass times became motorcycling just like his dad.
A tremendous loss, which will leave a massive void in our lives and in our hearts. He will truly be missed by all who had the honour and privilege of knowing him.
A Celebration of Chad’s Life will be held at The Heights of Horseshoe, 1106 Horseshoe Valley Road, RR1 Barrie, on Friday November 18th at 10:30 am
In lieu of flowers, a donation to ‘The Lighthouse’ supporting the Youth Wing would be greatly appreciated. Donations may be made on-line or in-person with cards being available at Chad’s Celebration of Life. A plaque to honour Chad’s memory will be placed in the Youth Wing of The Lighthouse.
