Cyril Entwistle

Born August,18,1926 in Blackburn England.

Passed away on the early morning of January 18, 2026, in Innisfil Ontario at the age of 99.

Son of late Joseph and Elizabeth Entwistle

Brother to the late Edward (Eddie).

Loving and devoted husband of 57 years to Bessie who had sadly left us 22 years ago.

Married in the UK Dec,27,1947 and migrated to Canada in 1954. Proudly became a Canadian citizen in 1978.

Survived by his loving best friends whom he considered his family.

Cindy (Roch) Lachapelle and their children Carson and Tyson

Survived by his God daughter Allison (Jim) Patterson and their children Mathew (Charlotte), Christian (Meghan), Late Ashley son Alexander

He leaves behind Bessie's Nieces and Nephews and their families.

Cyril loved to travel, his favourite place to travel to was Africa as he had gone many times over the years. He enjoyed his trips to the Caribbean with his loved ones. Cyril loved to sing and had even joined a choir where he had made many friends. Opera was one of his most treasured activities, He would drive to the city a few times a year to see a show.

Cyril was a loving man that touched the heart of everyone who met him, a sense of humor that would have everyone in tears of laughter. Right to the very end he was determined to be independent from keeping his license and doing everything he loved to do.

Cyril will be forever missed and in our hearts by his friends and family and all who had the pleasure of meeting him
