David Patrick Smith
September 23, 1953 — March 25, 2025
David Patrick Smith of Collingwood, born September 23rd 1953 passed away unexpectedly at the age of 71 at the Collingwood General and Marine hospital on March 25th 2025.
David who loved rock hunting , coin collecting and blueberry picking, is survived by his siblings, Blaise Smith, Deanna McNish, Adrianne McNabb, Lee Smith, Patrick Smith and Scott Smith, and missed by his sons, Patrick Owen Smith, David Adam Smith, Scott Michael Lee Smith, James Daniel Smith and Julian Smith Stunden and was the step father to Michael Richard Talbot and the late Seung Ah Kim Talbot, the late Melissa Jenkins and Kyle and Connie Talbot, and grandfather to Hailey Smith, Stryder Smith, the late Curtis St. Pierre, Gina Talbot and Carter Talbot, beloved husband of the late Julie Smith(Talbot), and the eldest child of the late Patrick Vincent Smith and Anne Hapcraft. A celebration of life will be held in Parry Sound September 6th, 2025. If so desired, memorial donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
