Elsie Milne

Elsie Milne, known for her vibrant personality and strong presence, passed away on July 15, 2024 with her two children Charlaine ‘Cheri’ Wraight (Peter) and Mark Milne (Andrea Dallyn-Milne) by her side. Predeceased by her husband Donald ‘Chic’ Leslie Milne who passed Feb 3, 1974, and her life partner Clarence “Cal’ Armstrong. Grandchildren Brandon and Kassandra, Tavish Milne, Emma Milne, Katrien Milne, Maddison Dallyn and great grandchild Emmett Milne. New and enhanced family (Stepfamily); stepchildren Brian (partner Nancy), Suzanne (late partner Jim and Bob), George (late partener Christina), and Graham (Micheline); step-grandchildren Andrea, Jeremy, Joshua, Luke, Hayley, Kerry, Matthew, and seven great grandchildren. She was a force to be reckoned with, embodying qualities of friendliness, sociability, devotion, and a touch of bossiness that only added to her charm.
