Grant Edward Peever, 84, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026.

Born in Alliston, Ontario, Grant built a successful and respected career as an insurance claims manager, where he was admired for his integrity, dedication, and thoughtful approach. He took great pride in mentoring others and celebrating their successes along the way.

Outside of work, Grant embraced life fully and with joy. He was an avid golfer, skier and a passionate ballroom dancer, and a world traveler at heart. Together with his wife Judith, he explored many places around the globe, collecting stories, friendships, and memories that brought him great happiness.

Grant will be lovingly remembered and celebrated by his devoted wife of 61 years, Judith, and his brothers Ron and Roy. He will also be fondly remembered by his family and close friends, whose lives were brightened by his kindness, humour, and genuine love of life.

Grant’s legacy is one of warmth, curiosity, and joy—a life well lived and deeply shared with those around him.
