James Sheridan

Passed away peacefully in his home in Barrie, Ontario on Thursday, May 21, 2026. James is survived by his brothers Charles A. Sheridan (Lynn), Glen H. Sheridan (Denise), Rodney J. Sheridan; and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents James H. and Barbara M. Sheridan. A celebration of James’ life will be held at Legacy Funeral Home, 55 Cedar Pointe Drive, Barrie (parking and entrance on Hwy. 400 side of building) on Friday, June 5, 2026 from 12 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. when tributes will be shared. Interment to follow at Barrie Union Cemetery, 338 Sunnidale Road, Barrie. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Save the Children Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
