Blessed are those whose lives were touched in the most meaningful way by this beautiful soul, our Jennifer, Jenn, Jenny.

A woman so strong in body, mind and spirit if you met her, your life would simply not be the same. She left an imprint in every soul, every heart with every conversation, every smile, and every laugh.

Jennifer valued so many things.

First being Family.

As Momma Bear to Riley (Clarissa) and Nick (Katelyn) her boys were her world. She cherished every moment she had with them, she loved them so deeply and unconditionally. Forever she will be with them and watching over them. As a wife to her soul mate James, everyday was filled with joy, laughter, entertainment, and pure love. In each other they found true unconditional love and built a life they cherished together. In each other’s hearts they’ll be forever. Rudy and Charlie were her adorable fur babies and she loved doting on them and no doubt she is running around with Benny and Misty at the rainbow bridge.

A beloved and spirited daughter to the late Bruce Boake and Jackie Jones and step-daughter to Henry Jones. She loved her parents so fully and completely and she kept everyone on their toes with her antics, her stories and her wit. Her relationship with her Mom was so special she often referred to her Mom as her best friend. As a cherished Sister to Tinya/Teen (Dan) and Jeff (Jackie) life was never boring, always spontaneous and interesting with special bonds that held them so close. As an amazing, always entertaining auntie to Travis (Sarah)  and Kaleb (Daisy) in her, they had more than an aunt, they had a friend.

As a Granddaughter, a daughter in law, sister in law, a niece, a cousin, a soul sister and friend to so so many, her spirit will truly live on in all who knew and loved her.

Passionate about fun, with an infectious laugh and energy that filled a room, life with Jenn was always full of entertainment and surprise.  Always the life of the party, she loved life, laughing and telling great stories.

She loved flowers, beautiful things in her environment and toss pillows. She was very passionate about her pillows.

All her life, even as a little girl, she always cared for others in need, animals or insects even. She was always all about lifting others up, helping them feel good from the inside out. As a fitness instructor she loved the music, the movement and the feeling of helping others feel good, shift their energy and have a few laughs in her class. Always the entertainer if you’ve been in her space you won’t soon forget it. As a counsellor working in group homes and shelters she had so much space in her heart for those in need. Always so loving and caring, with a humour to lighten the air she was cherished by the people who were blessed to have met her in the work she did. Whether it was helping women feel beautiful by giving their lashes a lift, creating a clearing for energy and healing with her reiki sessions or giving space and grace for someone to feel more light in their heart and their life, Jenn had a gift for calling in the light.

Focused on Faith and Freedom Jenn stood up for what she believed in. She would look to see the good in all things.  She was a beacon of light for others and always will be. A true earth angel, whose work has just begun.

When we feel the sun, we will feel you.

When we feel the wind, we will know you’re there.

We will picture you dancing and twirling and laughing.

When we see beauty, we will see you.

When we close our eyes, we will picture you smiling with a beautiful glow all around you.

When we hear the rain, and see water flowing we will know that you are there.

In every sunrise, in every sunset we see you.

When we feel silence, we will feel your arms wrapped around us with love.

You are with us in everything, in every way, in every breath, every heartbeat, in every moment. Forever.

In memory of Jenn, donations to the Barrie SPCA or a tree planted in her name would be appreciated by the family.
