It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Kurt Lawler on Monday May 25th, 2026, at Hospice Simcoe in Barrie.
Kurt beloved husband of Barbara (Webb). Loving father to Bonnie (Ben) and Michael (Stephanie). And dear Grandfather to Christian, Robert and Sarah.
He is predeceased by his parents Ford and Pearl (Cosgrove) Lawler and his two brothers Gerry and Ross Lawler. Loving brother to Dawn, Roger (Cecilia), Harley (Cindy), Tony, Nola (Don), and Paul.
Kurt will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at the Legacy Funeral and Cremation Centre 600 - 55 Cedar Point Drive in Barrie (parking and entrance on Hwy 400 side of the building) on Tuesday June 2nd from 1 – 3 P.M. Cremation has taken place.
As an expression of sympathy donations to Hospice Simcoe, who provided such loving care and support in his final days would be greatly appreciated by the family.
