Called home to his Lord and Saviour on Friday, April 17, 2026, at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Yolanda for 53 years. Cherished father of Marilu (Domenic) D'Onofrio, Daniela (Michael) McBean, Anna (Daren) Rahim, and Paolo Novielli. Proud Nonno of Anthony (Victoria) D'Onofrio, Rachel D'Onofrio, Giordano D'Onofrio, Noah (Bronte) Rahim, Xavier Rahim, Luke McBean, Levi McBean, Elijah Novielli, and great-grandson Domenic D'Onofrio.

Saverio will be forever loved and fondly remembered by his many relatives and friends. A simple man at heart, he took great pride in his appearance, always enjoying dressing up and being well-suited for any occasion.

Family and friends will be received at Legacy Funeral Home, 55 Cedar Pointe Drive, Barrie (parking and entrance on the Hwy 400 side of the building), on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Harvest Bible Chapel, 7 George Street, Barrie. Private family interment to take place at a later date.
