Passed away at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at the age of 70. Loved brother to Shirley Smith (Nancy Tidmarsh) of Barrie, ON, Pat Fox (Glenn) of Barrie, ON, Wendy Penny (Jonathan) of Prince George, B.C., and the late Aubrey Rolfe. Richard will be forever loved and remembered by his special friend Heather O’Neill, best friend Brian Burlock and extended family and friends. There will be no public service, cremation will take place with Richard’s remains going home to Nova Scotia. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
